1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Invoicier, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of service

Invoicier is a web-based e-invoicing platform that allows you to create, send, and receive electronic invoices via the Peppol network and by email (PDF). The service includes Peppol ID registration, multi-company workspace management, team member access, and invoice tracking.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete company information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Invoicier only for lawful business invoicing purposes. You must not use the service to send fraudulent invoices, impersonate other businesses, transmit malicious content, or violate any applicable laws or regulations including tax and e-invoicing requirements.

5. Pricing and payment

During the early access period, Invoicier is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. If pricing changes, existing users will be notified in advance and given the option to continue under new terms or close their account.

6. Limitation of liability

Invoicier is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of invoices before sending them.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
