Not necessarily. Whether it's required depends on your country and customer type. In many EU countries it's mandatory for B2G (business-to-government) invoicing, and increasingly expected for B2B. Invoicier lets you send via Peppol when needed and fall back to PDF email for everyone else.

We register your Peppol ID automatically when you create a workspace. Just enter your company details and we handle the rest through our certified Peppol access point.

Sending & Receiving Invoices
Absolutely. Use the PDF invoice feature to generate professional invoices and send them by email to any recipient, regardless of whether they use Peppol.
Yes. Invoicier includes a Peppol inbox so suppliers can send you e-invoices directly. Incoming invoices appear in your dashboard automatically — no manual import needed.
Invoicier creates invoices in the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 standard (UBL XML) for network delivery, and generates clean PDF versions for email. Both are produced from the same form — you choose how to send.
Yes. You can save a draft at any point and return to it later. Drafts are stored in your workspace and can be edited, sent, or discarded.
Pricing & Plans
During early access, the platform is completely free — you can create, send, and receive unlimited invoices without paying anything. No credit card required.
We'll notify all users well in advance before any paid features are introduced. Your existing invoices and company data will be preserved. Free-tier limits will be generous — most small businesses won't need to upgrade.
Yes. If you're ever charged and not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
Account & Teams
Yes. You can create multiple workspaces under one account, each with its own Peppol ID, bank accounts, invoices, and team members.
Yes. Each workspace supports multiple users with role-based permissions: Owner, Admin, and Member. Invite colleagues by email from your workspace settings.
You can delete your account at any time from the account settings page. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Security & Privacy
Yes. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and your invoices are transmitted through the Peppol network's built-in security protocols.
All data is stored on servers within the European Union. Invoicier is operated from Estonia, an EU member state, and is subject to EU data protection law.
Yes. We process data in accordance with GDPR. You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time by contacting hello@invoicier.com.
